These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of truefitattachments.com and to any purchase you make from TrueFit Attachments ("TrueFit," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

TrueFit Attachments is an online dealer of attachments for skid steers, compact track loaders, mini skid steers, excavators and compact tractors. Products ship directly from their manufacturers. Our online store runs on Shopify.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order.
You agree to give accurate information, including your contact, billing, delivery and machine details.
You may not use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to copy or scrape its content.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Product information and fitment

We work to keep specifications, images, prices and availability accurate, using information from each manufacturer. Manufacturers can change specifications without notice, and errors can occur. Images may show optional equipment.

We check each order against the machine details you give us: make, model, year, mount and hydraulic flow. Our fit check depends on that information being accurate. You remain responsible for confirming that your machine is in proper working condition. You are also responsible for following the attachment's and your machine's operating and safety instructions.

4. Orders and pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and send it to the manufacturer, not when you receive an automated order email.
We may decline or cancel any order. For example, if a product is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, we can't confirm fitment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout unless you provide a valid exemption certificate.
Some prices may be shown only in your cart or on request, to comply with manufacturer pricing policies.

5. Payment and financing

Payment is due when you place your order, unless we agree to other terms in writing. Financing, leasing and pay-over-time options are offered by independent third parties under their own terms and credit decisions. TrueFit is not a lender. See our Financing page.

6. Shipping, title and risk of loss

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the shipment to you. Ship dates are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns, refunds and price matching

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Price matching is governed by our Price Match policy.

8. Warranties

Attachments are covered only by their manufacturer's written warranty. We help you file warranty claims, but we do not add any warranty of our own. To the fullest extent the law allows, TrueFit disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Safe use

Heavy equipment attachments can cause serious injury or death if misused. Only trained operators should install or operate them, following the manufacturer's manuals, your machine's rated capacities, and all safety guidance and laws. Wear proper protective equipment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TrueFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, downtime, rental costs or lost jobs. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TrueFit harmless from claims arising from your misuse of a product, your violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide.

12. Site content

Text, graphics, logos and page designs on this site belong to TrueFit or its licensors. Manufacturer names, logos, images, videos and documents belong to their owners and are used to describe their products. You may not reuse our content without permission.

13. Third-party links

The site links to manufacturer websites, videos, documents and financing partners that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after that date.
